An amazing turnout at the Job Fair last week! There were more than 2500 applicants that came through the event; it was incredibly busy!
Naomi and Rachel had the opportunity to meet and talk with hundreds of interested applicants and came back with close to 200 resumes to pre-screen and contact for potential employment with Spectrum. We have established some great connections with this event and hope to work with them more closely to assist with our hiring needs throughout the year.
We’re excited about the quality people that could be a match for our organization and look forward to including this in our annual hiring plan going forward.
