Trevor and Tamara met in December 2021 at Science World. Trevor loves to meet and make new friends; he always remembered Tamara and spoke of wanting to connect with her again. Through a staffing change in 2023, Natasha and Mackenzie (CSW’s) began working with both Tamara and Trevor on opposite days and could facilitate getting them together.
Trevor is a gentleman who pays close attention to Tamara and assists her by opening doors, helping her with bowling, providing support as she walks, and encouraging her to attend activities such as music/dance on Wednesday mornings.
Tamara was the catalyst for giving Trevor the courage to return to the pool with his support worker, providing opportunities to be chivalrous and she is as adventurous as he is so they can go together on the rides at the PNE.
I’m looking forward to 2024 and seeing all the adventures that Tamara and Trevor will have together.
