Jan is very happy to share his excitement over winning “Gold” for Power Lifting at the Special Olympics competition in Burnaby on February 23rd. This is the second year he has won.
Jan stays in shape by going to the gym regularly and practicing Aikido and meditation. Jan celebrated his birthday two days later. What a wonderful week!
