Duties and Responsibilities:
The Community Support Worker will work one on one to promote independence, consistency, and positive daily routines. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following qualities:

Strong observational skills — attentive to emotional and behavioral cues, especially regarding anxiety levels, and assists in using appropriate coping or de-escalation strategies.

Rate of Pay:
CSW: $24.50/hour to $26.65/hour
Probation:
3 months
Driving Requirement:
Driver's license (Class 5)

- Supporting People who get anxious
- Ability to motivate, encourage and engage the interests of others.
- Assisting People to find employment or support them in the workplace
- Computer proficiency (email, Word, internet usage)
