This is an opportunity to support a woman living in Downtown Vancouver in Gastown. T is passionate about art, creative, and has a good sense of humor. She is looking for a new support person to join her team.
The ideal support person will be friendly, patient, fun, creative, and energetic. While getting to know T, it will be important to invest time in building a trusting relationship with her.
Duties and Responsibilities:
A typical evening with T involves spending time with T in her apartment making her dinner, and engaging in creative activities like making art, writing, listening to music, and dancing. It may also involve playing games and reading stories with her.
Assist T with brushing teeth and hair. She may require minor support hygiene each support shift.

Rate of Pay:
CSW: $24.50/hour to $26.65/hour
Probation:
3 months

- Supporting People who get anxious
- Ability to motivate, encourage and engage the interests of others.
- Computer proficiency (email, Word, internet usage)
