Highlights:
This is an opportunity to support a vibrant lady who lives in Surrey. TN enjoys going to the gym, swimming, walks and reading at the library. She will sometimes ask for assistance in organizing her belongings or looking for employment. In the summer she likes to go to Playland and the Richmond night market. Some shifts could be in North Vancouver, as TN has family she goes to visit on the North Shore.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The ideal support person is flexible, patient, and encouraging. Focusing on TN’s strengths and brilliance and reflecting it back to her.

Rate of Pay:
CSW: $24.50/hour to $26.65/hour
Probation:
3 months
Driving Requirement:
Driving not required
Preferred Training or Experience:
Experience and knowledge of generational trauma is required.
Specific Training or Experience Required:
- Supporting People who get anxious
- Ability to motivate, encourage and engage the interests of others.
- Assisting People to find employment or support them in the workplace
- Computer proficiency (email, Word, internet usage)
