3% Wage Increase – Your Input Requested

We will be providing a 3% wage increase effective January 9, 2014.
We will review this increase with the Policy and Procedures Committee at a meeting on January 8th, 2014 and would like your input in advance.  There are three places the additional funding can be applied:
  1. Wage Increases
  2. Changes to Benefits
  3. Changes to time off (Vacation, Sick Time, Special Leave)
