Hi everyone,
My name is Allan and I wanted to share with you a video taken at my speed skating practice. I love skating. I started out with figure skating about three years ago but after a while I decided I liked something that was faster and more exciting so I started speed skating about a year and half ago. I practice every Sunday evening between 6:30 and 7:30 pm from September to March. I like to join in the Special Olympics Speed Skating Competitions every year so it’s important for me to stay in shape and improve to the highest level. I also like to participate in Special Olympic swimming and weight lifting and I practice every week on Saturdays. I hope you enjoy my video.
