Community Living BC along with 16 Service Providers have partnered to offer a survey based on Quality of Life to individual’s receiving CLBC funded services in the Vancouver Coastal and Fraser Regions.

This is an opportunity for Families of individuals participating in the survey process to learn more about Quality of Life and this initiative.
