Duties and Responsibilities:

Ability to use technology (computers, iphone, ipad)
Ability to navigate the lower mainland
Driving to various locations
Being creative with sharing ideas of different activities
Feel comfortable in family home and public


Reports to:

Program Manager


Rate of Pay:

CSW: $24.50/hour to $26.65/hour


Probation:

3 months


Driving Requirement:

Driver's license (Class 5)


Preferred Training or Experience:

supported someone in the community
knowledge of computers and adaptive equipment
experience with lifts and transfers or willing to learn
comfortable in professional settings


Specific Training or Experience Required:

  • Supporting People who get anxious
  • Ability to motivate, encourage and engage the interests of others.
  • Computer proficiency (email, Word, internet usage)
