Spectrum has had runners in the Sun Run for the past 20 years but we haven’t always found the minimum 10 people to make a team. So if you are interested in going in the Sun Run this year, please consider joining our team so we can cheer each other on!

Not a runner or walker? You can still be a part of The Vancouver Sun Run! With over 40,000 participants, volunteers are needed to assist with every aspect of the race weekend from start to finish. Encourage your friends and family to join in the fun. Each volunteer will receive a special souvenir t-shirt, refreshments and their name in print in The Vancouver Sun!
