Spectrum’s new strategic plan provides us with direction for the next three years and identifies our priorities for training and support. Each week for the next five weeks we will review one of the goals of the strategic plan. For each of these goals, we will set yearly action plans and review our progress at the end of the year.
Goal We know that the strength of people’s networks is the strongest indicator of their quality of life. During COVID, we have all reduced our social connections and re-connecting to friends and families over the summer and next year will be one of the most important things we do.
Over the next year, we will help people consider the strength of their social networks and develop strategies to reconnect and make new friends.
