I was invited to present to a group of parents and educators at the Richmond School Board on April 11, 2018. There were presentations from: Richmond Society for Community Living with a focus on their Youth Connections program; from Teresa Pocock and her sister Franke James about having a good life as an artist and author; and I presented on services for adults with disabilities.
My presentation is linked here and attempts to cover all the options that young adults and their families should be considering as they finish high school. They sent a lovely follow up poster as a Thank You for the presentation.
